Refund policy
As all my jewellery pieces are handmade to order, I can only offer a refund if there is a significant defect with the item. You have 14 days to return an item in its original, unworn condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and must use tracked shipping. I cannot be held accountable for any returns lost in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Custom made to order items
As all custom items are made specifically to the individual buyer's request, these items cannot be returned.
Items made with buyer's own sea glass / shells
I will always take extreme care and attention when creating my work, however rare accidents do happen that are out of my control due to the nature of working with fire/acids etc! In the rare occasion a piece of supplied sea glass or shell is damaged, the customer will be notified immediately and an alternative will be offered or a full refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at laura@norfolksilversmith.co.uk.
If your item doesn't fit quite right, I’m happy to make small adjustments (up to a quarter size) at no extra cost, but you’ll need to cover postage. If a complete size change is needed, a new item must be made, and the full cost will be charged.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.
